My name is Warren Wooledge and I am a professional home inspector in Lincoln, Nebraska and the surrounding areas.  Before I founded Nebraska Home Inspections I owned and operated a successful Building & Remodeling business, “Wooledge & Sons”, for over 35 years.  The first 15 years I concentrated on new housing and light commercial construction. Then I changed the main focus of my business to remodeling and restoration.  My expertise comes from formal training in numerous disciplines as well as on the job experience.  As a Master Builder, I am well qualified in all aspects of building construction, practices and regulations. Nebraska Home Inspections was born out of those years of hard work and experience.
